“We are proud to present WAPPA’s Strategic Plan for 2025 – 2027.”
A warm welcome to our new member, Nicole Teague from Manjimup Ed Support Centre.
WAPPA’s Strategic Plan 2025-2027
All Leaders – All Levelsis the newly published Strategic Plan, that will drive WAPPA’s work over the next three year period. Much of this work will be a consolidation and extension of our previous plan, in which our focus shifted to support and advocacy for members. Whilst continuing to provide the highest levels of support for our members, the additional focus within this document is to put a spotlight on members’ practice in schools, providing opportunities to share and learn from each other. Much of this work has commenced with the newly launched Professional Communities.
All Leaders – All Levels was developed with the input of Chapter Chairs, Board Members and Business Centre staff, over the last 6 months and our aim is to ensure that WAPPA members are acutely aware that regardless of your role, or your level, that WAPPA provides the Support, Advocacy, Leadership and Connection to enhance and support your leadership journey and improve outcomes for primary education.
