  • Overview:

  • This four-part series is designed to support aspiring school leaders in defining their purpose, building confidence and taking the next step in their leadership journey.

  • Each session is interactive, offering participants the opportunity to reflect on their professional story, develop a clear vision for the future, explore leadership styles and learn how to showcase their strengths in applications.

  • While the series is highly rewarding when taken as a complete journey, each session is also valuable on its own, participants can gain meaningful insights, practical tools and inspiration even if they join an individual session.

  • Whether you’re just beginning to consider a leadership role or are ready to take the next step, these sessions provide guidance to help you lead with authenticity and impact.

Session 1

Setting the Goals for Your Leadership Journey

Every great journey begins with reflection and purpose. In this session, participants will explore their professional story so far, celebrate achievements, and identify lessons learned along the way. Together, we’ll set meaningful goals for 2026 and begin to shape a “big picture” vision for leadership that aligns with your values and aspirations.

Session 2

Motivation & Momentum: Designing Your Roadmap Forward

With your leadership vision in mind, this session focuses on building a roadmap to get there. We’ll unpack your personal “why,” explore what motivates you, and identify the strategies that will help you move confidently toward your next leadership opportunity.

Session 3

Becoming the Leader You Want to Be

You don’t need the title of “Leader” to start leading. This session explores different leadership styles and encourages you to reflect on the kind of leader you aspire to become. Through stories and insights from experienced leaders, you’ll gain a deeper understanding of what values-driven leadership looks like and how to bring it to life in your daily practice.

Session 4

From Practice to Presentation: Showcasing Your Leadership Skills in Applications

In the final session, we’ll revisit the art of applying for leadership roles with clarity and confidence. Learn how to translate your skills, experiences, and growth from this series into strong, authentic applications that showcase who you are as a leader and the impact you can bring to a school community.
