Leading an Effective Numeracy School with Dr Paul Swan

Program Overview:

As leaders we are always faced with the fast pace of reaction and change in schools. This significantly impacts on the needs of our students and teachers. The LENS series helps leaders guide practice and change management, examine NAPLAN trends, examine numeracy block structures, and help plan your whole school assessment practises.

This is a great opportunity to diagnose strengths and challenges within your numeracy program. You will use the AITSL Professional Standards for Principals and examine leadership profiles relating them to leading Numeracy. It will give you the opportunity to engage deeper into the development of knowledge and skills to self-assess your school and forward plan.

This workshop series is an excellent opportunity for your team to revisit your whole school Numeracy Strategies. We highly recommend that you attend as a team to achieve the greatest impact for your school. Places are limited.
