Leadership Foundations™ Masterclass
Are your high-potential teachers ready to lead?
Program Overview:
As the current generation of school leaders march on toward retirement, many schools are already finding it difficult to find suitable people to “step-up”. The challenge lies in both the numbers and experience of our staff.
One of the ways we prepare emerging leaders to take on significant roles and responsibilities in the future is to give them lead roles as they grow their experience in our schools. This gives schools the ability to retain context knowledge, as well as attract and retain high-potential employees.
In this workshop our high-potential individuals will learn to improve trust and influence with peers and leaders, link their work to a clear and compelling team purpose, implement a system for executing priorities, and leverage the talents of peers and colleagues to achieve results.
With an introduction to the Four Imperatives of Great Leaders, participants gain skills that will help them make greater contributions and handle growing responsibilities as they grow within your school.
